GBT Inquiry (Fees / Personal Information, GBT Query)

The GBT inquiry (Genel Bilgi Toplama) is a systematic check of personal information such as identity, criminal record, and address by the police or gendarmerie in Turkey. In this context:

• The GBT inquiry may show the information: “there is an arrest warrant against you.”
• Such records can be reviewed by your lawyer, and the query history can be examined.
• If an arrest warrant exists against you, your file at the judicial authority that issued the warrant should be reviewed, and a defense should be prepared against the allegations made against you.
