Our law firm undertakes legal disputes in Turkey, especially in the areas of criminal, inheritance, real estate, and divorce law, offering both consultancy and litigation services.
For clients residing in Germany, we provide the opportunity to meet face-to-face with their lawyer, discuss their legal issues directly, and evaluate possible solutions—ensuring trustworthy and transparent legal communication without the barrier of distance.
With over 18 years of experience as an attorney and an additional 8 years as a public prosecutor, Attorney Ümit Öz has extensive expertise in Turkish Criminal Law, particularly in the defense of suspects and defendants under the Turkish Penal Code and related special criminal laws. His specialization lies in criminal defense before High Criminal Courts and Criminal Courts of First Instance in Turkey.
We especially advise Turkish citizens living in Germany to regularly check through the Turkish government’s e-Devlet system whether any criminal or civil proceedings have been filed against them in Turkey or whether they are listed as a party in any ongoing case—this is highly recommended to prevent any potential legal disadvantage.
